I grew up near Milwaukee, WI and majored in biology at Carleton College in Northfield, MN. After graduating in 2014, I worked as a tech in a developmental genetics lab at the Medical College of WI. I'm excited to be a part of the Ansel Lab and to work and learn before applying to graduate school. When I'm not in lab, I'm probably cooking, swimming, hanging out with my kitten, or marveling at having escaped Midwest winters.
