Research Project Title:
miR23 cluster regulation of IL10 production in Th cells

Hi! I’m Jorge and I come from a little island in the Caribbean called Puerto Rico, where I earned my BS in Molecular Biology and a BA in French Studies in 2014. I'm curently a BMS Graduate Student and NSF Fellow in the Ansel Lab, focused on understanding the role of the miR23 cluster in promoting IL-10 production in T helper cells. During my spare time, I enjoy exercising, trying out new restaurants, and exploring the many wonders of beautiful SF.
