Bio: 

I was born in Kiev, Ukraine and grew up in New Jersey. I got my undergraduate degree from New York University, where I worked in the Claude Desplan lab. I then spent a year as a technician in the Adrian Moore Lab at RIKEN Brain Science Institute outside Tokyo, Japan. I am now a graduate student in the Ansel lab. In my spare time, I like to go to concerts and movies, explore new restaurants, read, and enjoy SF.
